David Folwell is the president and founder of Staffing Referrals, the only automated referral management (ARM) platform designed specifically for staffing firms.
As an avid tech enthusiast, Folwell is constantly helping businesses overcome their biggest challenges so they can grow faster. He is an advisor for multiple technology startups and is an active participant in staffing industry events around the country.
For fun, David runs ultra-marathons, listens to Tim Ferris and Sam Harris podcasts, snowboards, and travels.
Daniel Mori is an entrepreneur, executive coach, speaker, and angel investor, who lives in South Florida. His first company, Employment Solutions has grown from a bootstrapped startup to a national recruiting agency that has generated over $300 Million in revenue since 2007. With helping companies recruit, hire, and retain the best talent he was able to build a successful recruiting firm, despite the great recession of 2008 and the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Daniel teamed up with Binghamton University from 2016 through 2018 to help launch the Koffman Southern Tier Incubator. As a Certified Business Incubator Manager he served as the inaugural Director of Business Incubation, where he dedicated his time mentoring other entrepreneurs, as well as helping build incubator programing and the start-up ecosystem.
Known as a guru in the staffing industry, Daniel launched Staffing Mastery to share his knowledge of business development and organizational management with other staffing professionals and independent staffing agency owners. With a purpose of helping other agency owners achieve their dreams, he is setting out to teach others how to build and grow the company that gives them the lifestyle they desire. Daniel presents a simple process and a guided approach to help agency owners build a successful company.
Most recently, Daniel has launched a cutting edge automation software, Candid8, that serves the staffing industry. Candid8 is designed to increase recruiting efficiencies, while decreasing costs for staffing agencies who use BullHorn as their ATS.
He spends his free time with his beautiful wife and three children and pursuing his passion for traveling and indulging in exciting and adventurous experiences of life.
